Actually, the government sent it's goons to detain her. The government created the laws enabling such an action. The government is now deciding the fate of the girl. Remove the monopoly of force, and see if some random jackass wants to try killing an 11 year old girl. Remove the perpetual propaganda and social engineering that only the state can provide and see if the parents don't use any force necessary to defend their child.
