You probably understand that is is not likely that the plastic vacuum lines are leaking, but that the rubber connectors have rotted and are the problem. Replace them.

Just look around under the hood, count them and the different kinds (i.e. straight union, T, 3 way [that's what she said], or 4 way, and replace away!
