Everyone knows the economy was tanked when Obama entered office ,his main job the first year was just keeping busy patching the holes in the ship to stay afloat. Change was the slogan and to put in place laws for changes to occur, this is why he was elected .Not many republican votes came his way over the isle during his term and its easy to see the real reasoning behind the devision .Republicans are in it for the masses ,the masses of money.
