but if you are going to touch the hard plastic lines, they will disintegrate in your hand.

Go to Napa, bring your lines, and buy replacement there. The hard plastic lines may have to be from dealer.

There are many vacuum lines under the hood to replace.

Two under the intake manifold
Front of the engine, two or three having to do with air pump
Front to the driver side, one or two havingto do with the advance timing
THere are two short hoses attached to the airpump that may be cracked.
