finaly came down to the non start being the ICV, it was frozen in a part open state, I soaked it for two days and ran the electrical portion for an hour and it is in good operating condition. miss givings about the clean up, I used a penetrating oil and after the car started it smoked for an hour and now I have a check engine light, I hope it just threw a code and that I did not hert the ox sensor.
