Bone head move 100% on my part, but I was having trouble on a car back in high school getting the engine mounts to line up while reinstalling it, so I jacked up the engine hoist and turned the pressure release valve just a bit so it would lower slowly while I shoved my arm down in the bay to line up the mounts and it ended up pinching my wrist pretty bad in between the exhaust manifold and the fender well, I was just out of reach to be able to jack it back up, I was stuck for about 10 minutes till some one heard my screams and came out to assist. by the time my hand was freed I had lost most all feeling in it, didnt scatch or break anything though, so I dont know if that counts.
