It went... Wellish.
An inspection revealed a few high dollar items that need to be addressed. Waiting to see if they will lower the price or take care of the items.

Quattroporte? Hopefully with the later transmission?

We have a winner.
I originally wanted a duo-select (SMG unit), as I track my 55, and a duo-select transmission would be awesome out on the track. Perfect changes up and down. The one in my 4200 is superb when your winding it out on a mountain road.
But this is a later QP with an automatic. The price was a little high, but its super clean. I brought it to the shop to get an inspection, and its going to need a few things done. Some critical items (cam variators) and some non critical items need to be addressed (some rubber components).
Figuring about $5-7k in work needs to be adressed, either by lowering the price, or taking care of the issues.
We will see, the dealer said they would have an answer as to what they are going to do for me by Tuesday, but might know today. Haven't heard anything, so its a waiting game now.
Perhaps this will hold you gentlemen over:
