in a rocks glass

ice, three shakes angostura bitters
squeeze of lemon
ounce and a half of good rye whiskey. Sazerac, Bulleit 95, etc.
top with the ginger beer

You can use bourbon or sour mash I guess if the hogs don't mind sharing their corn
