I doubt that will happen. This same kid has hit my son on the bus, then yelled for the bus driver when my son tried to "return the favor". My son ended up with a one day in school suspension last year because of it...but didn't serve it after I dealt with the school about it. It's funny how they change their minds when there's an entire bus full of kids telling the truth on what rally happened.
