Hey there, just did a careful job of replacing the hood pad. unfortunately the newspaper covering part of a fender fell off and a few drops of adhesive got on the paint.

the paint is only a few years old, it is immaculate, and well cared for. how do you recommend i get the adhesive off? should i have it professionally cleaned off?

the adhesive remover i used to remove the old pad says it won't mar properly aged paint. should i try that? im nervous, please help!!!
