forced air heating systems don't create dust. any dust suspended in the air has to go through a filter. the quality of the filter can be as high as you like to remove nearly all contaminents if you wish to pay the price for a really good filter. '
I wouldn't be surprised if you can find a heat exchanging exhaust/intake system that will fit in a douple hung window like a window AC unit.
