Oddly enough, the people I bought the 190 off of bought an Accord. We joked with them about how they took a step down. Heh heh. Accords are great cars, my dad had an '85 accord that held up very well, ran perfectly, and had very few problems with it. It would be running today if my sister hadn't totalled it! She got a '90 accord in place of it, which she has yet to find a replacement for. She's had a Grand Cherokee (hated it and had lots of trouble with it), and now has a 2002 Jetta 1.8T. She's having problems with it idling extremely rough when it's cold, she's had it in 3 times for this problem. VW says that each time it's something different... I doubt it. It's not doing it as bad as it was, but it's still there. It also hesitates very badly until the turbo kicks in at about 2000 rpm then you get slammed back into your seat.

Honda, Acura, and Lexus are the only Japanese cars that I would buy. I know people that own all of those and they do wonderfully. I seem to be the odd ball with the MB, but I think I'll stick with buying used MBs for life, or new if I can ever afford them. They're such great cars, and it's also fun to have that star standing up on the hood!
