This is not a matter of someone's rights being restricted in the US. I would fight for his right to make the video. The very fact that he made and published the movie here in the US means the system does work.
I will not put my life at risk to allow him to place other people lives at risk simply to make a point. I think his actions were irresponsible, he's a meglomaniac who thrives on publicity regardless of who is placed at risk.
He is allowed by law to do what he did but to deny that their are repercussions for.his actions is ignorant in my opinion. His actions may have contributed to the death of at.least four people that we know of. I think what people are asking is was the movie worth it? Was the statement he wanted.to make worth the lives of four Americans. No one is questioning whether he had the right to be an ass.

Where does it stop? In your world, we would live by the standards of the most easily offended among us. The little old church lady who is offended by your actions, and who could organize a mob would be able to prevent you from alcohol, porn, sex, driving your car, avoiding sitting in church 5 times a week, or whatever she thought was right.
How do you draw the line---except to say that the violent mob is solely responsible for what the violent mob does?
