We have 12,000 km on our 2002 ML320.

We have averaged 16.0 L/100km since 8800 km.

We bought on ex-Mercedes company vehicle at 8800km.

This is about 17.5 miles/gallon. I think that this is crappy and I so wish that we could have the 270 CDI or the 400 CDI.

The only reason I push the ML so hard is that there is not enough torque. Don't tell me that I should have bought the ML500 because fuel consumption would be even worse.

MB, please bring over the 270 CDI and 400 CDI!
