If you're in the US, sign up for access to the EPC at epc.startekinfo.com . You need a credit card only confirm US residency. No charges to your card. Enter the VIN in the EPC then choose datacard to get the list of option codes. There are numerous internet resources to put descriptions against the datacard codes.

Oops, the free version of the EPC won't work for you since that's not a US VIN. There's an option to pay $25 or so per year to access the worldwide EPC. I don't know for sure that you'll have access to non-US datacards, though.

Also, that VIN is missing a digit. Should be 17-char long.
