Perhaps we are using problem is different ways. What problems with evolution are you referring to? I am aware of the missing link that shows where humans split from their common ancestor with primates but I do no if that's what you are referring to.

I don't think people overtaking is the issue with creations/DI. The issue as I see it is that there is no way to prove anything having to do with creations/DI. There is no more proof of Creationism than there is of unicorns or the Santa Clause.
