I want a clean environment and stable climate for MYSELF, my family, and my friends to enjoy. Environmentalism can be motivated by selfishness.

This doesn't make me give a wet fart about the finances of people who were stupid enough to buy or overextend during the 2001-2007 bubble. The housing crisis didn't screw the working class, as much as screwing the stupid class.

They broke two rules:
(a) read before you sign
(b) don't pay more per month to buy than to rent the same property
(c) (some people bytch that immigrants got unfair loans) - if you don't speak the language, hire a translator and/or retain a good lawyer
