I have a recently retired buddy who moved back to phoenix to help his aging parents settle their affairs. He's twice divorced and looking for a condo type home right now. He's lost out on several bidding wars in the past month or so. Good homes are moving and prices are edging up. All the 50K dollar short sale condos are long gone.
