Yes, you can unplug the sensors and measure the resistance. All 4 should read the same. While you're there, clean the hub. It has those teeth that the sensors read. Those get dirty and trigger the light.
If you don't feel like pulling the wheels off, find what pins they connect to on the ABS module, attached to the ABS pump. And measure it there.
