Thanks sixto, I will be checking out that fitting tomorrow to see what's going on. As far as the radiator I would be very surprised that its the culprit. I did a descale to the radiator twice already. The first time, I did get quite a bit of calcium that came out and the second time it was a lot less. I know that this car has the wrong diff and is running at high RPMs s the diff is the original from the 240d bout to overheat at 60 mph when the car can reach 93 seems a bit off to me. I do not know the RPMs that I am running at as I also have the original instrument cluster from that car without tach. I have also noticed that when I keep a constant speed in city driving the car is happy but if I'm in a rush and constantly accelerating from stop lights and passing cars I'll see temps begin to rise past 90
