We love our 1992 300TE, but are considering putting it out to pasture in favor of a newer model. We got the '92 without know anything about MBs, but have been told 1992 was a great production year. We're thinking of getting a Certified Preowned E320, but might get an older one if we find a good one.

I've heard the 210 is preferable to the 211, but that's all I know about the E320. Can anybody give me advice on what years are better or worse and what I should be looking for in a used E320? I'm guessing we're probably looking in the 2004 - 2007 range. Hoping to spend no more than 30K.

I'm willing to travel to get a good car. We live in Richmond, VA. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
