Any more appropriate for a union to give away 2 million to a certain candidate's presidential campaign - without giving their membership any say in the matter - and then have union reps at the front gate ON PAID TIME handing out flyers to everyone telling them to vote for same said candidate?

Or having a shindig on company property, with a certain governor and certain union bigwigs attending, ostensibly to announce rehiring of a certain number of people - which took all of ten seconds - and then turning it into a campaign rally for a certain presidential candidate and political party for the next half hour - with all employees ORDERED to attend as a captive audience for the news crews?

You're damn right I'll give him credit. Like I said, at least he gave his employees some warning as to what might happen - had at least some level of respect for them. There's a hell of a lot worse people to work for out there - I know, I've met a few of them in my life.

By contrast, do you even for a second believe that either Obama or Romney would actually GAS if any of these 7000 people still had these same jobs after election day? As aklim would say, the only damn thing a politician cares about is getting your vote, and any benefit you get from his actions is purely coincidental.
