Re: vac line. That's not the kickdown cable, it's the pressure cable (bowen) that ties to the throttle linkage. The vac line is for 2-3 shift delay when cold on 92'/93' models for faster cat warmup (smog stuff). No affect on normal shifting, cap nipple and forget about it.
