Im a lot like you in that repairs need to be cheap and the replacements sometimes have to what.The well tank sprung a leak last fall on the property I rent and I got a tip that using a fresh tree sappleing limb or a wooden dowl rod to drive into the hole will work for the time being ,still holding a yr later.
