Front bumper does not need to come off. There is another bolt on the bottom right and bottom left portion of the condenser that holds it to the radiator. You can remove the aux fans (4 screws) to get it out of the way if you need to, but its not necessary. I have done this job < a year ago....I have also removed the condenser without taking out the radiator.....only thing with removing the condenser without the radiator is that the driver side headlight had to come out
