First, will you tell me the 2-D modeling program you used on that drawing.
Secondly, I would recommend heating your tank for operation in sub-freezing temps. I like the idea of a ball valve on the loop so you can shut the flow off in warmer climates. FYI, The mercedes returns a ton of fuel, so once the fuel is flowing back to the tank, the tank will warm.
You will also need to wrap the coolant lines on the veggie fuel lines coming from the tank. You don't want frozen veg in the lines when you go to switch-over.
