You know what is interesting?

Based upon the excellent advice of Cullennewsom, I downloaded Chromium to see how it would perform. Note that I started it up and copied each tab from Chrome to Chromium.

With both browsers open and running, the two of them suck up 1.5GB of resources on the 2GB machine.

But, lo and behold, Chromium has no issues with speed and the pages load instantly without any hang on any page, despite the heavy burden on the RAM.

So, in conclusion, you don't have a clue as to what you're recommending. We have conclusively shown on the other thread that you're a typical devotee of M/S and will constantly support the new product because the old one is NG anymore. This is a perfect example of how you're wrong, yet again.
