Chrome works awesome on my MacBook, actually works quite a bit better than on my PC.
Anywho, back to the point here. I have also noticed that lately, Chrome has become quite a bit more memory intensive than in the past. Like others on here, I suspect that it has something to do with Flash, but have not really spent the time investigating it.
I used to have the latest and greatest in computing, but lately, I have found myself wanting to spend less on those shiny new computer parts, and keep more around for things that are more useful to me, like dune buggys, dirt bikes, etc. A new computer (even when you shop for parts) costs over $1k, even if you piece it together yourself, and IMO, that too much to spend once a year. That, to me, is a dirt bike, an ATV, etc.
