If you are losing Brake Fluid and there is no external leak loosen the Master cylinder Nuts and Pull the Mastercylinder forward. Stick something or look down in side the Power Brake Booster and see if there is Brake Fluid down there.
If so your Master Cylinder is leaking at the Rear.
If the above is what is going on the Brake Fluid is bad for the Rubber Diaphragm in the Brake Booster.
Some people would replace the Brake Booster and some would not as along as the Booster is still working.
Spoungy Brakes can be Air in the Brakes, Bad Brake Hoses or the Master Cylinder is shot.
When you Booster goes the physical effort you need to barke gets very hard.
