That doesn't make much business sense...I mean at this price point no one would opt for bio. Assuming (no pun) you're accurate and the refiners are using new veggie, wouldn't that be a waste of refining capacity if their break-even price is $2+ more than dino?
In that case, I imagine it would be more profitable to cease bio production and just stick with dino, since there is a ready market for dino.
