I had a similar rough start at 50 degrees F or colder. I was doing some other work and had my injectors removed and noticed that one GP looked shorter than the rest when looking through the injector hole. It wasn't inserted all the way. I removed it and cleaned the carbon out and installed a new plug and now it starts better than it has in the 2 years that I have owned the car.
