If you can raise/lower the seat, you might be able to get to the bolts.
You can also try jumping power/ground the the connector under the front of the seat, at the connector points, will need a wiring diagram to figure out the fore/aft wires.
If the motor itself is junk you can probably figure out which motor drives fore/aft (I know I've done this before, just need to study it), then seperate the cable from the motor and drive the inner cable, usually a drill will run the cable.
It's not a lot of fun, but a challenge, i always enjoyed a good challenge.
