After further reading it looks like these wires went to a external fuse for the AC/Heater fan? I will give the guys at mercedes shop a call, and see if they can help me out with this "fuse box". Several other posts did mention that this was a 30 amp fuse, that's still hard for me to believe, but I suppose that is correct.
