I would not be surprised if it takes $20K to repair, but I doubt it is totalled. From the photos it does not appear the damage got much past the radiator support, so no frame damage, nothing on the suspension, nothing on the engine. Replace everything from the radiator forward, new sheet metal, and it's good to go.
