Kerosene is used in extremely cold climates to prevent the fuel from gelling.

ATF has been used as a cleaning agent in the past. If your goal is to clean the injection system, I believe you will be much better served with commercial fuel additives designed for the purpose.

As Ed said, as long as everything is working well, you shouldn't need to use any chemicals. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
