Greetings All:

I've been posting on some forums over at MBNZ.com about getting a W126. However, being a past owner of several W123 diesels (and a very happy past owner, I should add), I've also been looking around for a 300D. Found one on Ebay that apparently has only 79K on it and the pics are excellent from what I can see. It's gold with tan interior.

Any thoughts from experienced buyers? Is it possible this one is really "gold"? I'd really appreciate any feedback you might have. I'm in Northern California and the car is in Southern California, so this seems sort of tempting.
