Minumin wages should always exceed or at least equal welfare rates. Thats if there was any debt outstanding . If not it should produce more sleep loss. We can call it capitalisim I guess but it is definatly lopsided. Or not quite what is expected in current values.

I often wondered if other than property taxes what did walmart ever do for communities they operate in? Any times the other business they forced out where no longer paying taxes so overall there was even less gain.

The jobs they create mean almost nothing unless the area is totally depressed. Commerce is supposed to be a two way street. Walmart has also seemed to have circumvented that even.
