Minumin wages should always exceed or at least equal welfare rates. Plus employees struggling at 6.50-7.50 per hour to get by.

Thats if there was any debt outstanding . If not it should produce more sleep loss. We can call it capitalisim I guess but it is definatly lopsided. Or not quite what is expected in current values.
