I wonder if PETA will let me draw up a chair and watch while they humanely catch those deer and put vests on them? Sounds quite entertaining.
As for the Hog Dogs, the vests are pretty necessary to keep them from getting cut up by the Hogs. Sometimes the dogs have so much riggin' on 'em, they look like a parade horse. If it's a really good dog, they will have electronics such as GPS so that they can always find the dog if he gets lured a long distance away.
