Check the owners manual, my xenon equipped 97 SL has the procedure there.
Mine also has front and rear height sensors.

The short story is to make the headlight centers / height on a wall then looking where the hot spot / cutoff lands.

Be careful making the adjustments, these lights are very bright but have a tightly controlled beam pattern. Get them a bit too high and oncoming drivers will be blinded.
