I think we could safely increase spending if we had a tax on sex--all sex; not just premarital sex.

If most the country does not already lie tax wise in some way this should really do it.

Or who gets the usage meters? Might be as hard as getting around chasity belts in the old days to defeat them. I am not that old but common sense says they were beaten on occassion.

Talk about big bother in the bedrooms. I imagine where sex for money is exchanged in legalised venues taxes are introduced into the equation already . So you are really f----d during the transaction no matter how you look at it. Or I have a headache might be replaced with can we really afford this in domestic situations.

No issue in my opinion either of what they would call it. The skin tax just comes naturally to mind.

Actually about the only fair to all tax I can think of is the point of sale tax on everything except unprepared food and medical things. Hard to circumvent this one. Casts a very wide net in fact.
