Most People seem to try a Chemical method of dealing with Tank Growth.

From what I have read Startron works most of the time and seems to reduce the chance of haveing to change a bag full of Fuel Filters till you Tank is cured. However, it won't reduce any sort of Rust Blockage only organice stuff.

Cleaning the Tank of course is fast and works but you still need to chemically treat the Fuel as your Fuel Lines back and forth are infected.
