Oh, I get the point.
The problem?
The voting booth.
We can vote in anyone (idiots aren't excluded) and THEY in turn, write up the legislation about who, what, where and how much we, the people, have to put up with the nonsense.
Eventually, one person will feel that he/she has been wronged by this legislation (or lack thereof) and it's off to court they go.
Then the "special" part kicks in.
Muslims will feel that "their religion" isn't being treated properly and within time, you'll have "sharia" and the like being forced onto the majority by the minority.
Or, haven't anyone been paying attention to the past 40-50 years of the civil rights movement?
