the other blower motor is fine...both are good... the regulator is good too
so is the climate control unit.
to check the blower motor..you just hook up a set of jumper cables to the battery.... and put a couple of 12 gauge wires to the other end of the jumper cables... then touch those wires to the blue and red wires on the blower motor...you will see that it works.
my biggest issue is that i am not a good troubleshooter...someone who is good with a multimeter should be able to tell you exactly where the missing link is....... search Arthur Dalton
