I took the strip fuse off the mount, and it looks like it had caught fire. Also the fuse is a wrong 50A fuse, with wires all botched up, and what not. I was able to get the heat sink out, but I still am not sure if I can slide the replacement without breaking anything. One cabin filter instead of two, and it appears that it has never been changed. Still can't figure out to take out the regulator through that small hole in the plastic casing it sits in. Am I missing something here? Do I need to cut one of the ends to get it out? I am just so frustrated with this that I am just taking it to an Indy in the morning. Got some sort of an oil leak too.... I will quit my rant now.
