smp, you definitely don't want gas weeping under your vehicle. Recommend removing the leaking fuel filter, then remove the leaking bushing and apply some Permatex sealant to the threads before reinstalling it. Then reinstall the fuel filter and tighten the fuel lines. The crush washers should function OK after another tightening sequence.

Hopefully, you are using hose pinch-off pliers, or some similar tool, on the fuel lines to prevent gas from leaking while you work on the fuel filter removal/reinstallation.
