I blame most of this sick BS on:

* General disconnect = hopeless, despair, desperation, depression, indifference, and media/political rhetoric that reinforces these points.
* Our education system that FAILS to teach marketable skills, or in too many cases basic reading, writing, and math.
* Bleeding hearts taking the teeth out of the justice system.
* Bleeding heart activist judges.
* Politicians refusing to make hard decisions for the good of the nation.
* Citizens ducking jury duty.
* Failure to teach children at a young age to be a successful, strong, self reliant individual = the building blocks for making positive decisions.
* Lack of employment = JOBS, JOBS, JOBS.

I see ways of reversing the situation, but the existing political machines won't allow any reasonable option.
