Under blower motor three screws hold blower motor saddle. After removal of the saddle you will see two machine screws holding regulator. Once removed, there are three screws at forward part of blower housing that hold down the front part of the housing that is under the blower and which the regulator was fastened. With all those three screws removed, you carefully bend the plastic of that part of the housing over the regulator upward from the front, just enough to work the regulator out. The regulator heat sink has a pin that goes down into a hole, and needs to come up about 3/4 inch to clear.
