I had mine replaced by a shop with a used part that I got from Potomac German Auto somewhere in Maryland. The part was around $175 and labor was something like 2.5 hours. Honestly, I don't remember exactly what the labor time was, but it wasn't terrible. My guy works extremely quickly though, so it may take some longer. Don't bother buying a new part. Source out a good used arm, they're much cheaper.
