I agree almost entirely.
However, what is even sadder than people missing the message because of the delivery, is the fact that someone with his obvious intellect utilizes such a delivery method in the first place. Truly uninspiring, and reeking of arrogance and disdain. Poor way to get your point across.
Furthermore, it is his blatant disregard for TOU which has been his permanent downfall here.
Seems as if he mayhap thought he was smarter than everyone else and could just do as he pleased, and guess what? This place is crawling with people of no small intellect, and the mod staff ranks quite high in that department themselves.
Wonder if there is an option to ban members from only certain parts of the forum.... no OD for example...
