I tend to agree with Larry, but I need to get into the console area anyway, specifically to find out why the ashtray light and lighter flash when lowering the ashtray. When the lighter lightbulb is not working, neither is the cigarette lighter. Bad wire I presume.

Anyways...will remove the covers and attempt to test the blower motor and console switches. Applying 12v to the blower from the regulator leads will not destoy anything I presume?
